Roll up your sleeves and start cooking in this fun and informative cookery class. You don't have to be a vegetarian to take this class! A desire to try something different and an interest in cooking is all you need.......
Participants will be using Boghill's organic vegetables and herbs and a varied assortment of whole foods such as pulses, legumes and grains for optimal nutrition. There will also be Wheat/Gluten and Dairy free options.
You will cook and taste every part of a meal from appetizers to desserts with loads of discussion and ideas to suit your needs from cooking for prickly eaters to impressive Holiday Fare! Each participant will take home recipes and a copy of Mary's cookbook: Coming Home to Cook - vegetarian recipes inspired by the organic gardens of Ireland.
