Explore the culinary world of the Sub-continent with the Cuisine of India weekend workshop. Chef Syamananda Das, monk and cook for Govinda's in Dublin teaches some amazing tips. Syamananda in his role of a cook was pictured and featured in the Sunday Independent on January 2nd 2011.
