This year, Dee (of Dee's Wholefoods, an Irish company, based in Cork) has organised Ireland's first National Vegetarian Week, in order to promote healthy eating and the consumption of vegetarian food in Ireland.
Her website, www.nationalvegetarianweek.ie, includes vegetarian meal ideas, as well as the chance to vote for your favorite veggie friendly places to eat (the winners will announced on Monday 11th of June). Also on her website are a listing of the week's events, including:

As part of the events for the week, the Vegetarian Society of Ireland will be hosting a dinner at Delhi O'Deli, Dublin's first vegetarian fast food Indian restaurant, on Tuesday 5th of June and we hope you will join us. Please RSVP via www.meetup.com/vegetarian-485/
