Clare Island retreat centre This fun course is for those who want to learn the secrets behind the delicious food served at the Clare Island retreat centre, and find out how to cook delicious healthy vegetarian food adapted to their own constitution and lifestyle. The day starts at 9 am with a 2 hours yoga session, followed by a healthy brunch. The afternoon starts with a discussion of food and diet, followed by cooking practice in the kitchen!
