A short course on vegetarian Greek cooking that will:
-> teach you how to prepare a traditional autumn Cretan meal to take home at the end of the class
-> give an introduction of the history of food and gastronomy in Greece
-> provide the participants with authentic vegetarian Cretan recipes

As well as offering event catering and selling vegetarian food at Dublin Food Co-op, Katerina Psimopoulos also offers short courses on vegetarian Greek cooking.

Selling only vegetarian food, the Co-op runs a weekly food market on Thursdays and Saturdays, where stalls provide fresh local and artisan produce, mainly organic, and other products for sustainable living. The Co-op sells its own wide range of organic dry foods and other processed organic products.

Prepared food is served by a number of existing veggie cafés/restaurants and can be eaten in the café area of the Co-op.

Dublin Food Co-op is an alternative to commercial profit-oriented business. Surplus funds are used to benefit the members Co-op and to reduce prices.
