Learn how to cook using exotic Eastern techniques made simple. Curry, dahls, samosas and fancy rice dishes and many more. India is the country with the most vegetarians in the world, by a long way. You'll also pick up a little of the culture and history of Indian vegetarian cookery. The tutor, Syamananda is a Krishna monk who has been teaching cookery for 19 years. This weekend course is situated on the beautiful lake isle of Inis Rath, and there are also some free yoga classes, and additional optional aromatherapy massage may be booked at great value.

Eat Healthy - Feel Good
