"Bold Native" movie screening followed by Vegan Nutritionist lecture

The acclaimed film Bold Native will screen in the “Happy Pear” vegetarian restaurant in Greystones followed by a talk by nutritionist Gosia Desmond who will discuss practical nutritional strategies to avoid or survive deadly diseases using a vegan diet.

Donegal Veg Meeting - October

We will be meeting first at COSTA's in Letterkenny for some tea/coffee at 2pm then head over to a fellow member's house for pumpkin carving lessons to set-up a trick (your very own jack-o-lantern) and then will be using the left over bits to make some tasty pumpkin treats :) Roasted pumpkin seeds...maybe a piece of pumpkin pie...it can't get any tastier!!
