A public advocacy stall. Explaining to members of the public the benefit of meat reduction to one's health, the environment and animals.

March Against Animal Cruelty on October 29th at 1.30pm, Cork City

ARAN (Animal Rights Action Network) will be hosting a march and rally against cruelty to animals on October 29th in Cork city centre. Meet at 1.30pm at Grand Parade Plaza.
 
Members of the Vegetarian Society of Ireland will be present to support the cause and we hope to see you there.

World Vegetarian Day information stall on Patrick Street, Cork

VSI volunteers with the help of Cork Vegans are holding an information stall on Patrick Street in Cork city to celebrate World Vegetarian Day. This event was postponed last Saturday due to heavy rain but has been rescheduled (weather permitting!). Drop by to pick up a leaflet and say hello to the volunteers if you're in the area!
